Returns and Refunds Policy for The Enchanted Path
Effective Date: February 27, 2025

At The Enchanted Path, your satisfaction is important to us. We aim to make every order a magical experience, and we’re here to help if something goes awry. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, exchanges, and backorder handling.


Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on used products, custom-made or personalized items, gift cards, digital downloads, or clearance/sale items.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at sonya@enchantingmagnoliaevents.com or call 706-817-9319 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a Return Authorization and return instructions.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. Contact us promptly at sonya@enchantingmagnoliaevents.com for assistance.


Missing, Damaged, or Lost Items

  • Missing/Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Lost Packages: If your order is marked delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us if the package is still missing — we’ll help initiate a claim.


Backorders & Shipping Delays

We strive to ship all items promptly. However, on rare occasions, some products may become temporarily backordered.

  • If an item is backordered and we cannot ship your complete order within 30 days, you will receive:

    • A notice of the delay,

    • A revised shipping date,

    • The option to cancel the delayed item(s) for a full refund.

  • If no response is received, we will proceed with the order using the revised shipping timeline.

  • Any refunded backordered items will still be shipped to you at no additional cost once restocked, as a gesture of appreciation.


Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipping. For cancellations prior to fulfillment, please contact us immediately. If your order contains a backordered item, you may opt to cancel just the backordered portion.
